・Our New Organization Is Ready To Go!
We made big changes to our 2014 team organization. Having parted ways with our long-time ally Studie, we’re entering as GOODSMILE RACING & TeamUKYO.
・New Car Release and Overall Victory!
This round we introduced our new 2014 BMW Z4 GT3. Despite rain and hail during the race, we dominated the final and took 1st place. BMW Sports Trophy Team Studie took 2nd place for a BMW Z4 one-two finish.

・Endless Troubles
Various mechanical problems during the preliminaries and before the final race kept us from fine-tuning the vehicle properly, and we couldn’t push past 9th place in the preliminaries.
・Taking Control of a Heated Race for Two Consecutive Wins!
Safety cars entered the track twice due to crashes in the final race. But, we entered the top ranks using clever pit stop tactics and then broke through the gap created by a rival’s spinout to take the lead in the final stages of the race. Despite intense competition with the 2nd place vehicle, we held our position and achieved an unprecedented two consecutive wins in the season’s opening.

・Instead of a Third Victory, a Tragic No-point Round
With a weight handicap reaching 80kg and difficulty matching the tires to the road surface, we fell out of the point competition in the first preliminary. We steeled our resolve for the final race, but were caught up in collisions and quickly lost our right to compete.

・Lost to the SUGO Devil! Unthinkable Consecutive No-point Rounds
If the Hatsune Miku GT Project has a weakness, it’s Sportsland SUGO. Our car’s affinity with the track should be good, but we were once again hindered by weather and dropped far in the standings, leading to our second consecutive no-point round.

・A Stormy Race! Accident-free Racing Takes 4th Place
An approaching typhoon caused constant interruptions, with repeated red flags and use of the safety car. Amid the chaos, we managed to avoid trouble, finishing the race in 4th place and earning points. Despite losing our position at the top of the rankings, it was still within reach.

・Tenacious Racing Earns 5th Place Despite Handicaps!
Our 50th ever race, a remarkable achievement, was this season’s longest at 1000km. It’s been 7 seasons since we were first given the opportunity to line up in the grid. This round, we challenged the Suzuka Circuit as the favorite to win the championship. Destined for the top, our determination earned us 5th place, despite a 96kg handicap, and let us take back first place in the rankings.

・Reaching the Winner’s Podium at the First Race in Thailand!
While our opponents struggled with the temperature of the road surface, we endured and returned to the winner’s podium for the first time since the second round.

・The Project’s Second Coronation!
Earning 3rd place qualified us to keep the throne, which required a 3rd place finish or higher, and win our second championship.
