· Writing usernames on the bulletin boards behind the race track pits

· Pursuant to laws and regulations

(Contractor control)

Although Good Smile Company, KK. is responsible for managing personal information, Good Smile Company may provide a part of that personal information to a contractor for the purposes of providing services to customers or executing operations.
In those cases, the companies entrusted with personal information will be obliged to manage the personal information in the same way as Good Smile Company.

Our Company will handle information properly so as to ensure the accuracy of the collected data to the extent necessary for achieving its purpose of use, as well as to prevent unauthorized access to said information or information loss, destruction, falsification or leakage.

(Inquiries about information and requests for information modification or deletion)

If you wish to make an inquiry about the personal information you have provided to us or make a request for it to be modified or deleted, we will respond as promply as reasonably possible after confirming your identity.
For inquiries and requests to change or deletion personal information, please send us an email with the subject "personal information".

(Security)

Our personal information input screen is verified by GeoTrust's digital ID. Data input on and transmitted through the personal information input screen is SSL-encrypted, so all communications between the customer's web browser and the server are encrypted and the contents entered are sent securely.
