• Original goods will be made from the winning entries and given away.
• Submitted work may be displayed at the GSR exhibition to be held in June 2022.
• Works that do not include the designated character will not be selected.

■Rules and Regulations

A person who submits their work to this project (hereinafter referred to as "the Submitter") agrees to the following precautions, and upon following these precautions, is allowed to post the work they create.
By submitting a work, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.

• All works must comply with the Pierpro Character License (https://piapro.jp/license/pcl) of Crypton Future Media, Inc. which owns the rights to Hatsune Miku, and must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Professionals and amateurs of all ages are allowed to participate
• If you are under 18 years of age, please have your parent or guardian's permission before submitting your entry.
• Only participants in this project are allowed to use the logo (GOODSMILE RACING logo on the chest and arms) in their data. (Use of the logo outside of this project is prohibited.)

• The work submitted (hereinafter referred to as "Submission Work") must be fan art related to Racing Miku 2022 Ver. that was created by the Submitter him/herself.
• All copyrights (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) for the Submission Works must be transferred to the contest organizer upon acceptance. Contest entrants may continue to publish their works on the website where they are currently published, but the right to commercialize the works shall belong to the contest organizer. Contest entrants shall not exercise their moral rights against the contest organizer or any third party designated by the organizer.
• The Submitter shall not submit any Submission Work that is applicable to or may be applicable to any of the following items.
  1. Works that are not created by the Submitter him/herself
  2. Works that infringe on copyrights, portrait rights, trademark rights, patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, or any other rights of third parties
  3. Works that damage the reputation or credibility of others
  4. Works that contain computer viruses
  5. Works that contain obscene or nude images
  6. Works that are violent or threatening
  7. Works that are offensive to public order and morals
  8. Works that violate laws and regulations
  9. Links or URLs to sites other than those approved by our company
  10. Other items that we deem inappropriate
• We reserve the right to delete any Submission Work if it is deemed to be in violation of these rules, or if we otherwise deem the work inappropriate.
• The Submitter shall participate in this project at their own risk, and we shall not be held responsible for any actions taken by the Submitter in this project.
• The Submitter shall be responsible for handling any and all matters arising if their Submission Work infringes or may infringe on a copyright, portrait right, publicity right, trademark right or any other right of any third party, and shall not cause any trouble or damage to our company. In the event that we incur any damages (including legal fees and attorney's fees), the Submitter shall pay compensation to our company for such damages.
• We will not be involved in any problems that may arise between Submitters or with other third parties in connection with this project. Such problems shall be resolved through discussion and litigation between the parties concerned.
• We may reproduce or otherwise use the Submission Works by any means without charge, and may make them available to third parties.
• We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Submitter or any third party as a result of using the Submission Works.
• We reserve the right to take action without prior notice to the Submitter for any problems that may occur during the submission process (e.g., image corruption, duplicate submissions, etc.).
• This project is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
